Bringing Innovation and Representation: Our Certified Diversity and Inclusion Journey

We are a diverse and inclusive company, certified by the Selo Paulista de Diversidade, and we combine the concepts of diversity with our experience in communication to guarantee our clients creative solutions full of representation.

We developed a new visual identity and entire scenography for “Conversas Plurais”, a Cielo program that promotes meetings between people on the team to talk about diversity in the company.

We were also responsible for planning, conceptualizing, creating and producing all Diversity & Inclusion events, developing interactive actions for Gender, PwD, LGBTQIAPN and Race affinity groups.
